You don't need to be Sin Vergüenza's member to comment on our forums, come to meetings or participate in activities.
Why join?
- Because you will have the right to participate in governance and management, in services and commissions, and activities of the association, in accordance with legal and statutory regulations, and receive frequent updates of activities.
- Because you will have the right to attend and vote in the General Assembly, supreme body of the association, where decisions are more important.
- Because you will have the right to present yourself to be elected to the Board of Directors or to have any association's post.
- Because you will have the right to exercise Sin Vergüenza's representation both within and outside the association.
- Because you will have the right to loan the material of Jennifer Quiles' library.
- Because you will have the right to request explanations on the administration and management of the association.
- Because you will have access to restricted parts of the website.
- Because you will be entitled to a copy of the meetings records and other official documents.
- Because as any non-profit organization, we need the financial support of its members to accomplish our goals.
How can I become a member?
To associate you have to be or have been studying and being over 16 years.
To be a member you must first submit an application (paper or email) to the Board of Directors with the following information:
- Name
- Nick (optional)
- Official ID
- Telephone (optional)
- Email
- Date of Birth
- University (if applicable)
- Studies
Once your request has been submitted you will be notified by the same Board if you have been accepted as a member. At this point you can make the payment of membership fee.
The fee is 10 € per year and is renewed each academic year, ie in early September.

Can I cancel my membership?
There are two ways to cancel your membership:
- The first one notifying to the the Board of Directors, who will cancel the membership. This doesn't affect you as a user of the website.
- The second becomes automatically when you stop paying the fee for three consecutive or alternate academic years.
